Alisha "Mutts" Rosenbruch-Decker and her husband Zach are extraordinary individuals - true Alaskans with an intimate knowledge of the game, terrain, and conditions ... One of the most amazing hunts ever! The scenery, accommodations, methods of transportation, abundance and quality of game is unsurpassed by any hunt I've ever experienced. During the course of the hunt we were within easy rifle range of no less than eight (8) trophy boars, some as close as ... 20 feet! One personal highlight was on the last evening of the hunt when my guide, Mutts Decker, called in a huge old boar ... literally at the 11 th hour on the last day. I can't say enough about her persistence and patience ... with me as I held out for just the right shot at just the right boar with my crossbow.
